  • What is the cost per session?

    My standard fee is $125 per counseling session

  • Do you accept insurance?

    I do not accept insurance at this time. On request, I can provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

  • What ages do you see?

    I see clients 12 years old and above. Younger children are better served by a counselor who specializes in play therapy, which is not my area of expertise.

  • What kind of counseling do you offer?

    I offer evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy through several modalities.   I am a Christian and integrate faith-based counseling if you desire that, but you do not have to share my faith to receive counseling!



  • What can I expect in counseling?

    Counseling is a dynamic process and is not a one-size-fits-all. I will spend time getting to know you and gain an understanding of your story and what you wish to work on. Then, we will collaborate to form goals and a plan for treatment that meets your needs. I work through several different modalities in order to meet your individual needs. 

  • Do you see virtual clients?

    Yes, I see clients both in-person in San Antonio and online.
