Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It is one of the bravest things you can do.
-Lily Collins
My name is Jordan, and I’m so glad you stopped by. Over the past 30 years, there are few things I have enjoyed more than coming alongside others and helping them navigate the pains, joys, sorrows, and stuck places of life. A life spent caring for others eventually led me to pursue my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My passion is seeing others grow, throw off old patterns and ways of coping that no longer serve them, and step into who they are meant to be!
I offer individual counseling, teen counseling, trauma-informed therapy (EMDR & CPT), and evidence-based approaches for anxiety, depression, and recovering from life’s hardships. I also offer faith-based counseling for those who desire to incorporate Christian faith and biblical truth into the counseling process.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do next, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Counseling can be a place to find support, gain practical tools, and take the next step toward greater hope. Please reach out today!
